Service Description
Stretch, mobilise and release your body using different props like the foam roller, trigger balls, Swiss ball, and the reformer. Move gently, breathe and relax your way back to homeostasis.

RESERVATIONS Sahana Pilates and Healing Classes are by appointment. Please book in advance via the website or Fit by Wix App. ARRIVAL & CLASS TIMES Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class. I want you to get the most out of your session, and lateness can be disruptive and a safety issue. All group classes are 45 minutes with an extra 5 minutes at the end to clean equipment and props. CANCELLATIONS I maintain a 4 hour cancellation policy to ensure the quality of my service and fairness to all clients. If less than 4 hours notice is given / you do not show to your scheduled class, you forfeit your payment. PILATES SOCKS & CLOTHING For hygiene purposes, it is compulsory that clients wear grip socks at all times during a workout for optimal control and safety. Please wear comfortable active wear that you’re free to move in and allows the Instructor to see movement of your body while you’re working out. NO REFUNDS Unused sessions are nonrefundable. You can transfer unused classes to a family member or friend to be used within the 3 month validity period.
